Atlas Brewery

Latitude 3.6 % ABV

Brewed with a balance of best British Ale Malt and Lager Malt, this beer exhibits a pale straw colour. The aroma combines a zesty attack and an apricot fruitiness with the subtle floral hop notes of the Styrian Golding, Saaz and Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops.

Moderate levels of residual sweetness are balanced by a crisp, well-rounded bitterness to give a clean, refreshing mouthfeel in the best traditions of pilsners – pint after pint.

Three Sisters 4.2 % ABV

Chocolate and crystal malts help to give this beer its very attractive dark ruby colour, as well as contributing to some of the toasty and liquorice flavours in the beer.

However, a very large charge of whole-flower hops balances the dark malt character with an abundance of hop fruit flavours. These include dried and fresh fruit flavours as well as some more citrus tones not normally found in such a dark beer.

Cairngorm Brewery

Trade Winds 4.3 % ABV

Light golden in colour, with high proportion of wheat giving the beer a clean fresh taste. The mash blends together with the Perle hops and elderflower providing a bouquet of fruit and citrus flavours.

Black Gold 4.4 % ABV

A Scottish stout with a wonderful rich dark colour. A smooth full bodied beer with subtle bitterness giving way to late sweetness and underlying roast barley hints.

Fyne Ales

Pipers Gold 3.8 % ABV

A bitter pale ale with a golden colour. Well bittered but balanced. Long dry finish.

Avalanche 4.5 % ABV

Deliciously dry, straw coloured, with a fragrant "lemony" foretaste and an intriguing hint of grapefruit in the finish. The drayman's choice.

Harviestoun Brewery

Bitter & Twisted 3.8 % ABV

A sharp, blonde beer with a superb fresh hop profile. Hersbrücker hops give a hint of honey and the tang of grapefruit. Challenger hops lend a spicy fruitiness like the twist of a lemon. Very moreish, but at 3.8% ABV, it's OK to be a liitle more indulgent.

Haggis Hunter 4.3 % ABV

Fruity and beautifully balanced. Extremely hoppy in character thanks to the judicious use of Fuggles, East Kent Goldings and Styrian hops.

Tawny in colour, Haggis Hunter has a fruity, hoppy nose complimented by a palate of biscuit and spice.

The Highland Brewing Company

Orkney Best 3.6 % ABV

A very refreshing easy drinking Orkney Light Ale. Hopped with 2008 American and Polish hops early and late in the copper.

Pale and golden, straw yellow in colour. Delicate fruity hop with a hint of maris otter maltiness. Soft malt with a fruity hoppy middle, drier hop in the finish which lingers pleasantly.

One to enjoy with any type of food at any time of day. It does not have to be strong to be exceptional.

Scapa Special 4.2 % ABV

Golden & sparkling in the glass. Hints of fruit esters and malt, with light hop notes. Also, if fresh, will have a nutty bread dough yeasty note, that disappears when well vented.

A satisfying world class pale ale, made with maris otter pale ale malt & a blend of four hops from America, Germany, New Zealand & Slovakia. Each one selected for their spiciness and aroma and all giving that certain something to back up the wholesome maltiness provided by the maris otter.

Inveralmond Brewery

The Kelburn Brewing Company

Goldihops 3.8 % ABV

A beer derived from years of practice searching for the perfect pint, of course hoping secretly that you never actually find it! In other words, a pint suited to the taste-buds of the head brewer that can be savoured several times in one session without feeling like the bottom has fallen out of your world (or vice-versa!).

Golden, hoppy, clean on the palate and leaving a long lingering after-taste that will haunt you until you quest for more.

Red Smiddy 4.1 % ABV

Named after a local blacksmiths, this beer is complex in character as is fitting for a championship winning ale. Red Smiddy is a smooth, dry ale with a unique spicy aroma and flavour. Its reddish hue, warm glow and tight head gives it a presence that makes it stand out against its competitors.

The Orkney Brewery

Raven Ale 3.8 % ABV

A mid golden colour with a light creamy head, with a complex mixture of toasted and biscuit like malt aromas with spicy resinous hop notes. This complexity continues with the biscuit malt and spicy citrus fruit flavours dominating, giving way to a crisp, dry hop bitterness.

Ingredients include the very best pale ale malt and a touch of crystal and amber malts to give Raven its complex malt undertones, complemented by the bitterness and dried orange or spicy orange character of Fuggles and Goldings hops.

Dark Island is an iconic beer: a standard-bearer for traditional Scottish ales. In cask, this beer has twice won CAMRA’s Champion Beer of Scotland.

On the nose, this dark beer offers bitter chocolate, figs, toffee and hints of fruit. On the palate, this resolves into beautiful, silky-smooth, coffee-and-chocolate flavours, followed by figs, dates and dried fruits, with a very appealing, lingering aftertaste of fruits and hop bitterness.

Stewart Brewing

Pentland IPA 3.9 % ABV

It is a light coloured IPA making it an especially pleasant session ale which captures the pedigree of the famous draught horses still to be seen around the Strathaven area.

Avondale 4.0 % ABV

Traditionally hand brewed with malts designed to give it a refreshing citrus taste. The amber ale is traditionally hand brewed with a blend of lager and Maris Otter malts hopped with both UK and American varieties to give a refreshing citrus taste.
